Most restaurants only run at 60% capacity. We utilise data to identify the capacity in existing commercial kitchens, such as those found in pubs, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and even stadiums. Data is used to identify and personalise menus to a location’s consumer base.
We build on the ‘(G)host Kitchen’ usual menu, providing new Kbox brands to create and deliver. This highly scalable platform can produce over 30 brands, (created from approx. only 6 crossover menus).
